The BUDMAX Sp. z o.o company was established after the fusion of two independent companies: ZBM Maxbud i ZBM Budim, that were operating on the market on their own to 1994 and set up as a result of KGHM Polish Copper Joint Stock Company transformation of the building department having 40 years long operation tradition.

The BUDMAX Sp. z o.o. is functioning within the capital group consisting of companies from building and assembling as well as transporting branch. Our employment potential is totally 780 people.
